Patient eligibility may vary, including restrictions for those who have: Untreated uterine conditions (ie Asherman’s syndrome, submucosal fibroids), presence of hydrosalpinx, history of recurrent implantation failure (3 or more failed transfers defined as failed ongoing pregnancy), endometrial lining unresponsive to standard protocols (<6 mm thickness and/or no trilaminar pattern), active tobacco use, BMI >45.
