Capex MD
CapexMD specializes in providing patient financing services for all fertility treatment options. The company is well known for its easy, convenient loan process and competitive rates. CapexMD offers a wide variety of loan options, allowing you to attain the necessary financing required to make your treatment affordable. The application process is confidential and quick.
All applications received before 11 AM CST will be pre-approved on the same day. All applications received after 11 AM or outside normal business hours will be pre-approved the following business day.
Once you have accepted the approved loan, a fertility loan specialist will work closely with Audubon Fertility to ensure the funds are distributed to your physician’s office, laboratory, surgery center and pharmacy on your behalf.

Lending Club
Lending Club Patient Solutions helps make the fertility process more affordable. You can finance treatment, medications, genetic testing and egg freezing services and cover the cost in one budget-friendly monthly payment.
Plans up to $50,000 allow you to incorporate the cost of these services from multiple providers into one amount borrowed and finance them directly through a partner bank.
Through our multi-payment process Lending Club can distribute funds for jointly financed cases to participating providers. All payments are made when the plan funds.
Once you have accepted the approved loan, a fertility loan specialist will work closely with Audubon Fertility to ensure the funds are distributed to your physician’s office, laboratory, surgery center and pharmacy on your behalf.

Military Discounts
We're delighted to serve those that have served our country. If you or your partner are active duty or retired military personnel, we offer special discounts for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Please contact our office for details. To receive your military discount, please present your US military identification card at your initial consultation.

No Insurance Coverage
Patients without insurance coverage for fertility treatments are eligible to receive military discounts.
Not Enrolled in Clinical Trial or Research Study
Patients must not be engaged in any medical research studies or clinical trials to be eligible for discounts.
